Richard Hunter, CEO
A business executive originally from Ohio, Richard has a successful history as an entrepreneur.  Prior to becoming owner of Creative Management Group, Inc. in 1977, Richard started three businesses in Ohio which he sold to move to Kentucky where he started a chain of Supermarkets.  In 1977 Richard moved to Atlanta to start CMG.  Over thirty years Richard has worked with thousands of Financial Advisors and structured hundreds of teams each year across the U.S. He has worked with a broad client base.  Richard frequently speaks on team building, goal setting, time management, motivational management, professional selling skills, and personal attitude development, and has been featured in numerous publications.

Matt Vukovich, Vice President
With a firm background in finance, Matt brings vision and insight to the team in all areas.  Matt joined CMG in 2004 and works with a variety of financial advisors to develop and implement strategic business plans that take their business to the next level.  He is focused and committed to every financial advisor he works with, which makes him a valuable asset to Creative Management Group, Inc.  While attending Auburn University, Matt earned a B.B.A. in Finance.  When out of the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsey, and his son, Bryce.  He also enjoys playing golf and guitar.

Teresa Chin, Executive Consultant
Teresa brings a unique voice and perspective to CMG and to working in the financial services industry.  She earned a BA in English from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a concentration in marketing.  Prior to coming to CMG, Teresa was in retail banking and project management, serving as an elected bank officer and Branch Manager, where she had oversight of operations, service and sales for various branch offices; then served as Regional Banking Liaison representing the interests of 80 branches.   Teresa also possesses years of experience in event management, marketing, community relations and sales with the Atlanta Braves professional baseball team. 

Rita Harrington, Executive Consultant
Rita began her 26 year career in the Financial Services Industry in 1981 after graduating with a BA in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses as well as Life & Health Insurance. Rita received the majority of her training and experience with Raymond James, Kidder Peabody, J.C. Bradford, Alex Brown and Merrill Lynch as Product and Marketing Liaison, Client Service Associates and Financial Advisor. Her experience living in five different geographic locations, both rural and metropolitan, allow Rita to better understand the challenges of increasing business. Rita is dedicated to using her well-rounded knowledge of financial industry’s standards of practice; products and services, to promote business development for financial advisors. Staying active in her local community and Chambers of Commerce with fund-raising and volunteering, Rita also enjoys the theater, cultural festivals, biking, hiking, music and dancing.

Patti Roberts, Executive Consultant
With over 30 years experience in finance with individuals and small businesses, Patti enjoys developing a relationship with her clients so she can help each one accomplish their goals. She graduated cum laude from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management in 1976 and earned her MBA in 1985 from Georgia State University.

A native Georgian, she has lived in Atlanta for over 30 years with her husband, JJ. They have two grown daughters, Rachel and Sarah. Patti loves animals and shares her home with two rescued pets, Yogi the cat, and Buddy, a one hundred ten pound hound mix. She plays competitive tennis and likes to be out in the yard gardening.

Peter Nelson, Executive Consultant
Peter joined CMG in early 2006 and brought nearly 20 years experience working in international sales and marketing with AT&T/Lucent Technologies. Working with the diverse cultures and business practices of the international market has made him especially aware of the importance of understanding the special needs of each person/group with whom he is working, which enables him to provide the focus necessary for his clients to achieve their unique goals.

Peter is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his friends, enjoying good food and good wine, reading, traveling, and playing golf.
